Sie können alles essen, was Sie wollen. Mit Invisalign, den fast unsichtbaren und transparenten Alignern, geht das sogar sehr gut.
Zu den Mahlzeiten kann man die transparenten Schienen einfach entfernen. Anschließend werden sie genauso einfach wieder
eingesetzt. Wichtig ist, dass Sie vor dem Wiedereinsetzen Ihre Zähne gründlich putzen und mit Zahnseide reinigen.

Die Aligner werden nach einem Computermodell individuell für die Patientin / den Patienten
hergestellt. Am Modell kann man genau erkennen, in welche Richtung Ihre Zähne sich in welcher Geschwindigkeit exakt bewegen sollen.
Im 2-Wochen-Rhythmus werden die Aligner gegen einen neuen Satz Aligner ausgetauscht, so dass sich wöchentlich der Fortschritt
in Richtung der geplanten Endposition der Zähne zeigt.
Bei jeder Zahnkorrektur ist die Mundhygiene besonders wichtig. Invisalign hat gegenüber anderen Systemen den großen Vorteil,
dass keine Metalldrähte und Brackets verwendet werden, so dass sich keine Essensreste dahinter festsetzen können, wie das bei festen Zahnspangen häufig der Fall ist. Sie können daher auch ohne Einschränkung alles essen.
